I would like to give people ball park figures for my blocks so i intend on performing theoretical testing which will help people purchase the right PSU and TEC's to give them X results. i intended posting the TEC's at different voltages and different PCU loads to give people a real good idea of what they should expect. While do this i will run though some minor changes to see if i can increase the blocks efficiency. These changes will revolve around moving the out let barbs and adjusting the base thickness and cutout depths.

[*]50mmx2 S4 Block (as is)
[*]TEC's 460's at 24 volts ( 34.5 max )
[*]approximately 839watts total system draw
[*]CPU load of 300watts
[*]Pump= 655
[*]Water temp in= 25c

[*]Water out= 26.34
[*]Hotside temp= 33.15
[*]Coldside temp= -8.30

[*]CPU IHS= -3.625

i removed the 4 cuotouts going below the base, directly below the inlet. As you can see they do work

[*]Water out= 26.36
[*]Hotside temp= 33.19
[*]Coldside temp= -8.27

[*]CPU IHS= -3.47

well i stopped the above as it was pretty much right ..
What i did instead was test my block with

Different TEC's

Different Voltage

Different Heat loads

The doc will include other blocks soon but you can download what i have so far
